This TP996 Test Panel is used for bench testing, troubleshooting, repair and calibration of  DIEHL, EMERGENCY LIGHT POWER SUPPLY P/N 3400-20,as specified in ATA 33-51-95. Purchase also includes cable part number C996, which connects Tester to THE EMERGENCY LIGHT POWER SUPPLY.  Installed in ABS box enclosure.

Optional manufacturer's "Certificate of Conformance" is available as industry accepted "proof" of equivalency for FAA/EASA inspector review, if needed. Request this at time of order. See example of "Certificate of Conformance" here:
