This TP947 test panel is equivalent to OEM P/N T321654. It is used for bench testing, troubleshooting, repair and calibration of the DC-10/KC-10, ELEVATOR LOAD FEEL/FLAP LIMITER DUPLEX ACTUATOR, (ELF/LF) P/N 2594366-904, as specified in ATA 27-32-01. Delivered in standard 19" wide ABS enclosed as shown in image #2.

Optional "Certificate of Conformance" is available as industry accepted "proof" of equivalency for FAA/EASA inspector review, if needed. Request this at time of order. See example of "Certificate of Conformance" here:
